Izuhara is the easiest region, and Kamiagata is the most dangerous, full of elite troops using poisons and fire. While Ghost of Tsushima may borrow a lot of elements from popular games, one thing that it does differently is get rid of the navigational user interface. The different regions tend to represent different levels of difficulty, as the further North you go, the more dangerous and capable the Mongol soldiers become. Ghost of Tsushima's guiding wind mechanism is proof that with a little creativity, games don't need to clutter up the user interface with a mini-map. What is the Difference Between the Regions?

There are 3 Regions in Ghost of Tsushima.

Also, be prepared for running around the map and fighting lots of enemies. They’ll just linger in your inventory until the time is right, so don’t worry about them if the quest isn’t active yet. They are hidden in specific places, and you can find them even before you start the quest. Once you’ve started this quest, you’ll need to find six keys. The armor is the main reward for the Unbreakable Gosaku mythic tale.
