Izuhara is the easiest region, and Kamiagata is the most dangerous, full of elite troops using poisons and fire. While Ghost of Tsushima may borrow a lot of elements from popular games, one thing that it does differently is get rid of the navigational user interface. The different regions tend to represent different levels of difficulty, as the further North you go, the more dangerous and capable the Mongol soldiers become. Ghost of Tsushima's guiding wind mechanism is proof that with a little creativity, games don't need to clutter up the user interface with a mini-map. What is the Difference Between the Regions?

Once you obtain all the keys, equipping the armor will grant you three bonuses: “ massive increase to health“, “major increase to stagger damage,” and “ Killing a Staggered enemy restores 20% of the player’s health“.Players who want to show off with Gosaku helmet will need to look for an armorer in order to upgrade the armor.There are three regions in total, which you'll unlock as you move up the island as part of the main plot. There are 3 Regions in Ghost of Tsushima.
Also, be prepared for running around the map and fighting lots of enemies. They’ll just linger in your inventory until the time is right, so don’t worry about them if the quest isn’t active yet. They are hidden in specific places, and you can find them even before you start the quest. Once you’ve started this quest, you’ll need to find six keys. The armor is the main reward for the Unbreakable Gosaku mythic tale.

Some of those keys are in the later areas of the game, so you won’t be able to get the armor quickly. You’ll get it as a reward for completing a certain mythic tale, and you’ll have to find six Gosaku keys to do it. Gosaku’s Armor is one of the outfits in Ghost of Tsushima.
